Since immigrating from South Africa 15 years ago, Monica has held various Business Development and Management roles in the Steel Industry.
She gained invaluable experience at BlueScope Steel where she managed large roofing accounts and grew COLORBOND® steel market share with some of the largest residential building companies such as the ABN Group and BGC.
Monica saw great potential in this West Australian Manufacturing Company and decided to join Simcraft Group early last year to help move the business to the next level.
On her days off, you can find her close to Buddy the Golden Retriever, enjoying the Perth sunsets on her SUP or watching True Crime.
